DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1)
of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Melville
Douglas Investment Management Proprietary Limited (“Melville Douglas”) has
notified Hudaco that it has acquired a beneficial interest in ordinary
shares of the company on behalf of its clients, such that the total
beneficial interest in Hudaco securities held by Melville Douglas is now
5.54% of the total issued Hudaco securities.
