PARTIAL WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements, the last of
which was dated 26 October 2017 in which shareholders were notified that the
Company is currently engaged in negotiations on various other income-producing
property portfolios.
Shareholders are hereby notified that the Company has decided not to proceed with
negotiations regarding the Jozini property portfolio. The cautionary announcement is
therefore withdrawn in respect of the acquisition of the Jozini property portfolio.
