Transaction”) – EXTENSION OF DISTRIBUTION OF CIRCULAR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE
by Niveus on 14 September 2017 relating to the Proposed Transaction.
Shareholders are hereby notified that Niveus was granted an extension in relation to the posting date of the
circular relating to the Proposed Transaction until 15 December 2017.
Shareholders will be advised in due course of the salient dates and times relating to the Proposed
Transaction and the general meeting of shareholders to be convened in order to consider and vote on the
resolutions required in respect of the Proposed Transaction.
