ACQUISITION BY SUN INTERNATIONAL OF 50% OF EDS’s EQUITY INTEREST IN SUN DREAMS
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released by the Company on the Stock Exchange News
Service on 30 May 2017 and 1 June 2017 respectively, regarding the proposed acquisition by the Company,
through its subsidiary Sun Latam SpA, of 50% of the equity interest held by Entretenimientos Del Sur
Limitada in Sun Dreams Sociedad Anonima (the "proposed acquisition").
Shareholders are advised that the Superintendencia De Casinos De Juego, the Casino Regulator in Chile
has approved the proposed acquisition and accordingly all the conditions precedent pertaining to the
proposed acquisition have been fulfilled or waived, as the case may be and the transaction has become
unconditional.
