RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Mr Veli Mokoena, a non-executive director of Dawn, has tendered his resignation, to pursue
personal interests, with effect from 16 November 2017.
The Chairman and Board would like to express sincere gratitude to Mr Mokoena for his input and
contribution over the period of his tenure as a director.
