CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Growthpoint has pleasure in announcing the following change:
The Board, on 14 November 2017 agreed to invite Ms Zukie Siyotula (CA(SA), ACMA, MBA)
to join the Board as a Non-executive Director, with effect from Monday, 1 January 2018.
Ms Siyotula accepted her invitation on 17 November 2018.
Ms Siyotula has served on the Boards of a number of non-profit, public and listed companies
and her qualifications include executive programmes from Harvard, Insead and Oxford. She
has experience in fund management, general management, finance, business strategy and
business development.
