Changes to the board
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised of the followings changes to the board:
- Mr Masala Ramabulana has resigned as a non-executive director with effect from 19 November
2017;
- Mr Hendrik Jacobus Le Grange has resigned as a non-executive director with effect from 19
November 2017; and
- Mr Richard Daryll Botha has resigned as Interim CEO and will be serving his notice period until 30
November 2017.
Mr Norman Botha has been appointed as Interim CEO with effect from 1 December 2017. Mr Botha
has served in managerial positions within the Company since May 2009 and has over 25 years’
experience in the financial services industry. Mr Botha is an Associate member of the Institute of
Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
