Stellenbosch, 20 November 2017 – Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. ("Steinhoff" or the
“Company”) refers to the press announcement released earlier today, in which the Company
informed the market that the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal (the
“Chamber”) currently anticipated that a formal decision will be issued by no later than the 22 nd
of December 2018. This date was incorrectly included and is in fact 22 December 2017.
