RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 10 October 2017 regarding
an unsolicited proposal from Wild Rose Capital Proprietary Limited (“Wild Rose”) in terms of which
Wild Rose proposes selling one or more of its portfolio investments to the Company in consideration for the
issue to Wild Rose of eXtract shares. The board of directors of the Company remains in negotiations with
Wild Rose on this proposal. Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing in the
Company’s shares pending a further announcement.
