CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
Board of Directors of NVest advises that Mr Andrew Kent has retired as an executive director
with effect from 20 November 2017 and accordingly resigned from the board of NVest. He
will remain involved with NVest on a limited basis.
The board of directors would like to thank Andrew for his many years of valuable service
and strategic input to the group and wish him well in his retirement.
