Shareholders are advised that the Audited Annual Financial Statements of the Company and the
Group for the year ended 30 September 2017 have been published and will be available on the
Company’s website www.coronation.com from today.

Coronation’s Reviewed Preliminary Condensed Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended
30 September 2017 (including the nature of the Company’s external auditor’s report), released on
the Stock Exchange News Service on Tuesday, 21 November 2017, are unchanged and therefore the
Company is not publishing an Abridged Report. Ernst & Young Inc. have audited the Annual Financial
Statements of the Company and the Group and has issued an unqualified audit report.
