CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, the board of CSG (“the Board”) wishes to advise that
Mr Nicolaas Godfried Thiart (“Godfried”), will step down as an
executive director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2017
due to medical reasons. Godfried remains a material shareholder of
CSG and will remain available to the Company as a consultant post
31 December 2017.
The Board expresses its appreciation to Godfried for his valuable
contribution to the Company.
