TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITORS
Shareholders are advised, in terms of paragraph 3.78 of the Listings Requirements
of JSE Limited, that Moore Stephens have been appointed as the Company’s external
auditors, with Adele Smith as designated audit partner for the current financial
year ending 28 February 2018, as well as for the years ended 28 February 2017
and 29 February 2016 (anticipated to include a restatement of the financial
results of the Company for the year ended 28 February 2017) respectively,
replacing RSM South Africa as the Company’s previous external auditors.
The change in the Company’s external audit firm, which is effective as of the
date of this announcement, was initiated by the board of directors of the Company
(“Board”) following the Board’s conclusion that the Company’s interests would be
better served should the appointment of RSM South Africa as the Company’s external
auditors be terminated and other external auditors appointed for the Company.
