Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 26 October 2017 and are advised that the AVI Board has,
after review, decided not to pursue the expressions of interest received for certain of the Group’s business units. Accordingly,
shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution when dealing in their AVI shares.
