INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS POSTPONEMENT AND JSE CENSURE
Interim Financial Results Postponement
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 13 October 2017, wherein
shareholders were informed of the disposal of the NOSA Group (“Disposal”). In preparing the circular to
shareholders pertaining to the Disposal, the financial information to be included will need to incorporate the
financial results for the Company and the NOSA Group for the six month period ended 30 September 2017
(“Interim Results”). In light of this, the external auditors are required to perform a review of the Interim
Results, and as such, this will result in the postponement of the publication of same. Accordingly, it is
expected that MICROmega’s interim results will be released on or before 15 December 2017.
JSE Censure
Furthermore, shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 17 March 2017, wherein
shareholders were advised of the JSE’s public censure of MICROmega and the Company’s intention to
appeal same. Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company was unsuccessful with its appeal to the
Financial Services Board and is considering a review application.
