CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange, shareholders are advised of the appointment of Ms Diana Genu as a non-
executive director to the board of Visual with effect from 23 November 2017.
Ms Genu is Vice-Chairperson of Isilo Capital Partners (Pty) Ltd and a senior partner and co-
founder of Milost Global Inc. She is also the founder of TSG, a Johannesburg and London
based diversified investment holdings company that boasts investments in an array of
industries. Prior to founding TSG, Ms Genu was the CEO of Milost Advisors Africa, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Milost Advisors Inc, a New York based investment banking firm.
Ms Genu has several years’ experience in the investment banking and transaction
advisory industry.
The board welcomes Ms Genu and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
