TRP121 : NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and regulation 121(2)(b)
of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Lewis Group has become
aware of the following :
- a disposal by Stonehage Trust Holdings (Jersey) Limited through its wholly owned
subsidiaries, Novatrust Limited and STC International Limited, such that Stonehage Trust
Holdings (Jersey) Limited’s total interest held through its wholly owned subsidiaries
decreased to 4.98% of the issued share capital of the Company.
