Mr. Sean Liam Doyle has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director of the Company. Mr. Doyle holds a Bachelor of
Commerce Degree and a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants
Diploma. Mr. Doyle is currently the Director of Network and
Alliances at British Airways Plc.
This appointment will be effective from 1 December 2017.
