CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange,
shareholders are advised of the resignation of Mr Thabo Mokgatlha as a non-executive director of
the board of Visual with immediate effect. Ms Diana Genu will replace Mr Mokgatlha as a member
of the combined audit and risk committee following her appointment to the board as announced
on SENS on 24 November 2017.
The board wishes Mr Mokgatlha the best in his future endeavours.
