In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, HAHL is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr. Suleman Badat, as an independent non-executive director
to the board of directors and audit committee chairperson with effect from 01 December 2017.
Mr. Badat, a chartered accountant, previously served on the board of HAHL and as audit
committee chairperson. We welcome Mr Badat back and look forward to his value add as a
board member.
