CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mrs Ina McDonald, non-executive director and chairman of the Brikor Board has announced that
she will retire at the Company’s next annual general meeting, which is scheduled for 12 January 2018.
The board wants to thank Ina for her valuable contribution over the past two years and wishes her well
with her future endeavours.
A committee has been established to identify a suitable candidate for the position.
