In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Stor-Age shareholders are advised that Stor-Age has received notification from
Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited (on behalf of clients of Coronation Group) that its
beneficial interest in Stor-Age has decreased to 8.75% of the ordinary shares in issue.
