CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Petrus Funani Mojono, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Wearne
with effect from 4 December 2017.
He has also been appointed as chairman of the Audit Committee, member of the Social and Ethics
Committee and member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
The board welcomes Funani and wishes him well in his new appointment.
