Further to the announcement on 21 September 2017, NEPI Rockcastle is pleased to announce that the acquisition of
Paradise Center in Sofia, Bulgaria (“the Transaction”) became effective as of 1 December 2017. The Transaction,
together with the acquisition of Serdika Center earlier in the year, cements NEPI Rockcastle’s position in the
Bulgarian market with ownership of the two best performing retail assets in the capital city.
