With reference to Growthpoint’s announcement on 27 November 2017 regarding its
intention to issue a EUR-denominated bond, Growthpoint Properties has decided not to
proceed with the proposed issue of a EUR-denominated bond and will seek to access
international capital markets in the New Year.
