AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER AND THE GUARANTOR
Prospective bondholders are advised that the annual financial statements (“the financial statements”) of Clover
for the year ended 30 June 2017 and the financial statements of the Guarantor to the Domestic Medium Term
Note Programme, for the year ended 30 June 2017 are available for inspection at Clover’s registered office.
The financial statements of Clover have also been made available on their website at
http://www.clover.co.za/annual-report.
Prospective bondholders are also advised that the audit report on the financial statements of Clover and the
Guarantor is unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
Furthermore, Clover would like to advise prospective bondholders that there have been no restatements to
previously published financial statements.
