TERMINATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that
Texton has terminated the services of CIS Company Secretaries Proprietary Limited (“CIS”) with immediate
effect.
A decision was taken to internalise the role of company secretary. The process to appoint a suitable
replacement is ongoing and shareholders will be advised once such an appointment has been made.
