CHANGE IN SECTOR CLASSIFICATION
Shareholders are advised that FTSE has approved the request by the Company to transfer its listing of securities
maintained on the JSE List from the Industrial Engineering sector (sub-sector: Industrial Machinery) to the General
Industrials sector (sub-sector: Diversified Industrials).
Following the establishment of enX’s Petrochemical segment in 2015 and the acquisition of Eqstra’s fleet management
and logistics and materials handling businesses in 2016, the company applied for a transfer of sub-sector, from Industrial
Machinery to the Diversified Industrials.
The directors believe that this sub-sector more accurately reflects the changed nature of the company and will assist the
market in establishing a more meaningful set of comparative companies.
The effective date of this change in sector will be from Monday, 18 December 2017.
