CHANGES TO THE SALIENT DATES WITH REGARD TO THE CHANGE OF NAME OF THE COMPANY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 4 December 2017 which contained amended
salient dates with regard to the change of name of the company.
Due to the fact that confirmation of the registration of the change of name of the company has not yet
been received from the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”), the company is unable to
give a definite indication of the salient dates and times in this regard. Revised salient dates and times
will be released as soon as the company has received confirmation of the registration of the name change
from CIPC.
