Noteholders are referred to the S&P ratings announcement released
on 29 November 2017 relating to Umgeni Water’s credit rating.
S&P lowered Umgeni Water’s rating to ‘zaAA+’ after similar action
on the Sovereign on 24 November 2017. The rating agency affirmed
its short term rating at ‘za A-1+’.
