WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous renewal of cautionary announcements,
the last of which was dated 1 November 2017 and are advised that the exclusivity
period with Lipzzan Real Estate Investment Trust Proprietary Limited has now expired
and a transaction will not be pursued at present.
The company has received a number of other serious approaches relating to the
injection of assets. However, these are at an early stage of discussion and
accordingly the cautionary announcement has been withdrawn as it is not
expected that active negotiations will commence until mid-January 2018.
