In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the
following is disclosed in respect of dealings in securities
by the company secretary.
In accordance with the BEE Management Share Ownership
Scheme (MSOP) approved by shareholders in 2007, the company
secretary was granted 3 705 share awards on 16 November
2012. These shares were released from the 5 year restricted
period during November 2017, being the fifth anniversary
from the grant date in terms of the rules of the MSOP
scheme, and were subsequently delivered to the company
secretary. An election has been made to sell some of the
shares to pay the associated tax and to retain the balance,
as follows:
