CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 06 October 2017 in respect of
certain changes to the Board, shareholders are advised that Mr Peter Malungani has
retired yesterday, 12 December 2017 after serving the Board for the past 20 years. Mr
Bernard Kantor, the current independent non-executive director, will assume the role
of chairman with immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank Mr Malungani for his contribution and leadership as
chairman and also welcomes Mr Kantor in his new role.
