NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
and section 122(3) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended (“the Act”), shareholders are
advised that the Company has received notification in terms of section 122(1) (b) of the Act, that the
Public Investment Corporation SOC Ltd (“PIC”) and its clients have, in aggregate, decreased their
percentage shareholding to 14.865% of the Company’s total issued share capital.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notice with
the Takeover Regulation Panel.
