WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on the Stock Exchange
News Service on 21 September 2017 and to the renewal thereof on 3 November 2017.
Shareholders are now advised that negotiations with the shareholders and management of
Green Resources AS regarding a potential combination of assets have been terminated, as a
result of the parties being unable to reach agreement on certain key terms.
Accordingly, the cautionary in dealing in York shares is withdrawn.
