CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the Board of Directors
of Choppies announces the resignation of the Company’s non - executive Director, Mr. Stewart
Brett, with effect from 13 December 2017.
Furthermore, the shareholders of the Company are advised that Mr. Ronald Tamale has been
appointed as a non - executive Director of Choppies, with effect from 13 December 2017.
The Company’s primary listing is on the Botswana Stock Exchange and its secondary listing is on the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
