CHANGE IN RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised, in terms of paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements that Mr. Stephen Connelly
will relinquish his responsibilities as Executive Deputy Chairman of DAWN on 31 December 2017 and has been
appointed as non-executive director with effect from 1 January 2018.
The DAWN board of directors extends their appreciation to Mr. Connelly for his valuable contribution to the group in his
roles as Interim Chief Executive Officer as well as Executive Deputy Chairman and looks forward to his continued
contribution as non-executive director.
