Change in independent external auditors
Shareholders are advised that the Company has appointed Middel and Partners as its independent
external auditors with effect from 14 December 2017. Middel and Partners replace Grant Thornton.
The change in auditors was initiated by the Company as a result of the resolution to re-appoint Grant
Thornton as its independent external auditors not being passed at the annual general meeting held on
3 November 2017.
