Bondholders are advised that the annual financial statements (“the financial statements”) for the year ended
30 June 2017 of the companies guaranteeing the Issuers R20 000 000 000.00 Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme, dated 7 June 2012, are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.
Bondholders are also advised that the audit reports on the financial statements of the Guarantors are
unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
