With reference to the announcements released by FRB on SENS on 2 October 2017 and 16 November 2017,
FRB hereby advises noteholders that the FRD013 note has been suspended from trading on the interest rate
market of the JSE due to an agreement for the repurchase of notes having been concluded between FRB and
the noteholders.
