CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
notified that, Mr. Brian Craig, an Independent Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the board of
directors of Insimbi (“the Board”) to pursue other interests with effect from 14 December 2017.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Brian Craig for his contribution to Insimbi and wishes him well for the
future.
