The aforementioned restricted shares were originally set to vest over a three-year period. After
the end of fiscal 2017, the board amended the terms of the outstanding awards to vest
immediately. As a result of this amendment, all shares held at June 30, 2017 were fully-vested.
(2) Sale prices for the transaction reported range from $11.30 to $11.45.
Clearance to deal was given in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings
