UPDATE ON NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that the company has received information about the detention of Mr. Przemyslaw Krych, a non-
executive director of the company, at the order of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Katowice.
Shareholders are further advised that the company received the following statement from Przemyslaw Krych's attorneys:
“In connection with my detention today (19 December 2017), at the request of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in
Katowice, I declare that I have not committed any crime and intend to prove my innocence in a manner resulting from the
law.”
The company does not know the content of the charges alleged against Mr. Przemyslaw Krych as it is a matter being
heard behind closed doors. If it is established that these charges relate to activities involving the company's business, the
company will conduct an independent investigation and take any other actions as it deems necessary to ensure the
protection of the interests of the company and its shareholders.
The board will monitor the situation closely and will update the market as appropriate. The board remains confident that
its corporate governance policies and procedures are robust and that best business and governance principles have been
adhered to by the company.
