NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITOR
PBT Group shareholders are advised in terms of paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Listings Requirements that
Grant Thornton Cape Incorporated have been appointed as the Company’s external auditors for the
current financial year ending 31 March 2018, with Mr B van der Walt as the designated audit partner,
replacing KPMG Incorporated.
The change in audit firm, effective immediately, was initiated by the PBT Group following the disposal of
Prescient Holdings Proprietary Limited. The Company considered proposals from a number of auditing
firms before nominating the appointment of Grant Thornton Cape Incorporated as its external auditor.
