December 2017 it had 794,226,418 ordinary shares of 25 pence each (‘Shares’) in issue and
admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange. The International Securities Identification Number of the Shares is
GB0004065016. The Company currently holds no Shares in treasury.
