DISPOSAL OF OFFICE PORTFOLIO
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 4 October 2017 wherein they were advised of the
conclusion of an agreement for the disposal of a portfolio of office properties comprising Tryton Business House in Gdansk,
A4 Business Park in Katowice and West Gate in Wroclaw.
Shareholders are informed that all outstanding conditions precedent to the disposal of the office portfolio have now been
fulfilled and a final agreement for the disposal has accordingly been executed on 22 December 2017.
