DELAY IN POSTING OF THE ABRIDGED INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on Friday, 22 December 2017
informing shareholders of, inter alia, the posting of the Company’s abridged 2017 Integrated
Annual Report, incorporating summarised Annual Financial Statements and the notice of annual
general meeting (“Abridged IAR”).
Shareholders are hereby advised that the posting of the Abridged IAR was delayed and same will
only be posted on Thursday, 4 January 2018.
The Abridged IAR and the Company’s 2017 Integrated Annual Report and Annual Financial Statements for
the year ended 30 September 2017, are available on the Company’s website at www.spar.co.za.
