NO CHANGE STATEMENT, POSTING OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Integrated Report incorporating,
inter alia, the Audited Consolidated Annual Financial Statements for the year ended
30 June 2017 and a Notice of Annual General Meeting, was posted to shareholders
on 22 December 2017. The Integrated Report will be made available on the
company’s website, www.telemasters.co.za, in the first week of January 2018.
With the exception of a typographical error under “Current assets” in the Statement
of Financial Position in the Condensed Audited Provisional Consolidated Financial
Results released on SENS on 2 October 2017 (“Provisional Results Announcement”) –
Total Current assets being reflected as R25 625 121 as opposed to R24 625 121 -
which error had no effect on the Total Assets number, the Audited Consolidated
Annual Financial Statements contain no modifications to the Provisional Results
Announcement.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of ordinary shareholders will
be held at 09h30 on Friday, 23 February 2018 at the offices of TeleMasters Holdings
Ltd, 90 Regency Drive, Route 21 Corporate Office Park, Irene, Pretoria.
Record Date
The record date on which shareholders of the company must be registered as such
in the Company’s securities register in order to attend and vote at the Annual
General Meeting is Friday, 16 February 2018. The last day to trade in order to be
eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting will be Tuesday, 13 February 2018.
