NATIONAL SCALE RATING
Holders of the Issuer’s debt securities are advised that Steinhoff
International Holdings N.V. (Steinhoff N.V.), the Guarantor under
the Issuer’s Domestic Medium Term Note Programme had its rating
lowered to “Caa1” from “B1”’, by Moody’s Investor Services, Inc.
(Moody’s).
