RESIGNATION OF DESIGNATED ADVISOR
Shareholders of the Company are advised that Questco Corporate Advisory Proprietary Limited has, following
its appointment in August 2017, resigned as JSE Designated Advisor to the Company with effect from
31 December 2017.
The Company has, in terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), 10 business days to
appoint a new Designated Advisor, unless otherwise agreed with the JSE (“Appointment Period”). Should
the Company fail to appoint a new Designated Advisor within one month of the last day of the Appointment
Period, the JSE may, in terms of paragraph 21.33 of the JSE Listings Requirements, terminate the Company’s
listing on the JSE.
